Native Diamond Hair Co. maintains a very high level of quality assurance. We inspect every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best product possible.
All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed.
PLEASE NOTE:
Important Federal Laws: Due to the nature of our product and important federal laws and federal regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without damaging the natural state of the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Seek a professional stylist if you’re unsure. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider an exchange. Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sales, make all guarantees null and void.
