COVID-19 USPS

While our order processing times are somewhat back on track, USPS continues to experience challenges in certain parts of the country-- so you may experience a delay in receiving your order. 

Unfortunately this is out of our control, but we know they are doing their best to get shipments delivered as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for understanding, understand patience and continued support. 

SHIPPING DOMESTIC

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise. Tracking information is emailed within 24-48 hours after payment unless you purchased an item that needs to be customized. 

All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards and we use PayPal as the processor. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address or your order is greater than $500 your order will be placed under our fraud verification process to verify the validity of your credit card, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to any client without disclosure of reasoning.

SHIPPING DELAYS

For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements it is in your best interest to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS or FEDEX to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges unless we are at fault.

RETURNS

Native Diamond Collection maintains a very high level of quality assurance. We inspect every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best product possible.

All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not process cancellation after the order has been placed.

PLEASE NOTE:

Important Federal Laws: Due to nature of our product and important federal laws and federal regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without damaging the natural state of the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Seek a professional stylist if you’re unsure. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider an exchange. Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sales, make all guarantees null and void.

EXCHANGES

Native Diamond Collection at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange requested after 7 days of receiving the product will not be honored.

  • We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way. The bundles must be in the original form/state in which it was shipped.

  • According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.

  • Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. In order to process an exchange the product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted, unless it is determined that Native Diamond Collection is the party at fault, then we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

  • In the case of an exchange request due to a customers’ misinformation about a product or texture, Native Diamond Collection  is NOT responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for packaging and postage for return/exchange orders. Native Diamond Collection will cover Regular Priority 3-4 day shipping fees to send the exchanged products. If express shipping is requested per customer, customer is responsible for the $25.00 fee.
